IBAN-Austria is a very young, dynamic association und works in an area for people with disabilities, which has not the attention it is due. IBAN is specialised for about 60.000 – 70.000 disabled employees in Austria.
IBAN started innovative projects like “SITAF – Styrian IT-educational program for disabled women”.
IBAN supports disabled employees with various problems and represents the employees interests on a regional and federal level.
The constant contact with federal ministries facilitates this challenges and purposes of IBAN-Austria.
